To combat the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the New Zealand Government has implemented a nationwide 4 tier response system.
Presently we are living & operating within Alert Level 2 guidelines (16.09.2021), detail for travellers can be found here.
Our operational policy document is in place to meet requirements of operating under the alert system, we operate at Levels 1 & 2 only.
No matter the Alert Level in place we do continually work away behind the scenes with our past & future guests, planning social re-interactions, retreats and weddings with people from around Aotearoa and the world.
Our updated (16.09.2021) cancellation policy regarding Covid-19 is below;
