The Venue
The Central Lodge provides an alternative environment for boardroom styled or relaxed workshops to utilise the indoor spaces or unfold to the outside lawns with easels and brush in hand.
The combination of facilities, environment and amenities here at Oasis create an atmosphere for creativity through collaborative sharing & learning.
The Central Lodge & Grounds are available for daily workshop hire of 2 – 12hrs duration and readily accommodates small groups of under 10 upto 35 persons.
Accommodation in our Yurt rooms is available as an add on if required.
The township of Wānaka and the surrounding area boast an abundance of activities and opportunities for attendees to indulge in their free time. From alternative practitioners, to a superb 18 hold golf course, local vineyards and the great outdoors.

I hosted A Bit More Soul – a photography retreat for Photographers from across the world at Oasis Yurts in 2018 – not long after it had all opened. Jo and Rusty went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were adaptable with our often crazy requests to make the Lodge and Yurts work for our 50 attendees. It was a wonderful hub to bring everyone together each day for our talks and small group workshops. We also appreciated Jo and Rusty’s amazing local knowledge which they shared with us which helped to enhance the stay of our attendees. The Yurts, Lodge and surrounding area surpassed our expectations and we would recommend this little slice of paradise without any hesitation
